1. Acceptance of Terms

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account with 88jl11. Multiple accounts held by the same person are strictly prohibited. 3. Account Registration and Security

• Valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, GCash/PayMaya screenshot)
• Any additional documentation required to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 88jl11 may result in restrictions on your account, including but not limited to withdrawal limitations or account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify 88jl11 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

88jl11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You may fund your 88jl11 account using the payment methods made available on the Platform, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers, and other methods as specified. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the Platform.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. 88jl11 reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to return any deposit to the source if we suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88jl11 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or software malfunctions

In no event shall 88jl11's aggregate liability exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88jl11 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or any other reason.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon termination, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account. Any pending bonuses or bonus-related winnings will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.2 Termination by 88jl11

88jl11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Providing false or misleading information
• Bonus abuse or manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts

Upon termination by 88jl11, we will return any remaining balance in your account to you, minus any amounts owed to us, provided that you have not violated these Terms in a manner that would justify forfeiture of funds.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.3 PAGCOR Complaints
